If you have placed an order with Silk Digitizing and you are not satisfied with the result, we ask that you first give us a chance to resolve the problem through our edit/revision process.
If we are unable to resolve the problem in a timely manner you may receive a refund by sending the following information to us via email to billing@silkdigitizing.com within 7 business days following the completion of your order:
  • For refund request we will required;
  • Order No.
  • Digital sample of YOUR sewout in JPEG format.
  • Description of the problem you are having with this design.
  • Description of What have you done to resolve the problem.
  • We will promptly address your request!
