We offer a 7 days money back guarantee if the customer is not satisfied.
We believe in doing fair business and we may ask our customers for the proof in the form of sew out/scanned image of the final product - to investigate the root cause of the problem faced. Customer satisfaction is our main goal and key to our success.

Custom Patches (Embroidered / Chenille)

We offer different money back slabs to our customers who are not satisfied.

  1. No Refund

    2. No refund will be offered to those customers who request a single embroidery / Chenille patch to check how it comes out with machine sewout.

    As we had already worked, that cost;

    1)Embroidery digitizing for $15.
    2)Machine Sew Out for $15.
    3)Extra Charges if requested for shipping.

    Note:- For Leather / PVC / Woven Patches no refund will be offered after production approval from customers.

  2. Partial Refund

    3. A partial refund will be offered to those customers who request multiple embroidery / Chenille patches to check how it comes out with machine sewout and cancel order after sample approval but before production.

    As we had already worked, that cost;

    1)Embroidery digitizing for $15.
    2)Machine Sew Out for $15.
    3)Extra Charges if requested for shipping.

  3. Full Refund

    4. Full refund will be offered to those customers who request a single or multiple embroidery / Chenille patches of any cost to check how it comes out with machine sewout and cancel order before sample approval.

    Note:- For Leather / PVC / Woven Patches full refund will be offered before customers production approval.
